Use of Cookies

We generally keep user data on our dedicated CRM system. This information is stored unless asked to be removed.

Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

We may use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the Site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to the Site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

California Privacy Rights

The California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

  • Users can visit the Site anonymously;
  • Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our homepage or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website; and
  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy” and can be easily be found on the page specified above.
